Delivered new 24th March 1995 and on the 8th Sep 2013 it suffered a runway excursion accident upon landing at VTBS (Bangkok, Suvarnabhumi). It run off the right side of the runway, causing the nosegear to fail. The airplane was evacuated on the left hand side and a fire erupted in the right hand engine and the aircraft was written off.
