At the time of the photo, A3-22 was on loan to the RAAF Museum at Point Cook. It was owned by the Moorabbin Air Museum (now Australian National Aviation Museum) and in 2018 still is. A3-22 is under restoration for static display at Moorabbin airport. Prior to the museum acquiring it, it had been VH-ALV until damaged in a take-off accident at Braeside, near Melbourne on August 26, 1968. Photographer not known. Scanned from the original colour transparency. This photo was added on 17 January 2018, and has since been viewed 655 times.
