The PC-7 prototype was the converted prototype of the P-3. First flown in its new form in 1966, it was originally called P-3-06 or P-3B but the PC-7 designation was introduced at the 1967 Paris Air Show. The project was shelved due to the loss of the aircraft and a lack of interest, however, and a second PC-7 did not fly until 1975. Photo from: Nationaal Archief (Netherlands)
