Delivered to ANA as JA8190 in 1989. Converted to a freighter for Nippon Cargo Airlines in 2002. To TAT Tiger Aircraft Leasing as N281RF in 2008 and stored at Victorville, CA. Flown to Jakarta-CGK in 2010. To Veteran Avia as EK-74799 in 2011 and operated for Saudia. To Transaviaexport as EW-445TQ in 2015 then to Air Georgia as 4L-GNK in 2016.
