This California Air National Guard Phantom received some additional tail markings, and served as the commanders aircraft of the 163rd Tactical Fighter Group. The Spook was sold to Turkey as 67-0372 on 20 August 1991. Within a year in Turkish service, the aircraft crashed near Eskisehir on 14 April 1992.
