This UH-60L was also unofficially designated HH-60L as it served a medical unit. The HH-60L has a little different nose section compared to the basic UH-60L. The Lima served the 1042nd Medical Company of the Oregon Army National Guard. The unit is structured under the Montana Army National Guard's 1st General Support Aviation Battalion, 189th Aviation Regiment.
