Delivered to ILFC in February 1994 as N931LF. Leased to LACSA Lineas Aereas Costarricenses in June 1994. To America West in January 1996 as N640AW. Transferred to Us Airways in September 2005. To American Airlines in December 2013. Withdrawn from use and stored at Goodyear (KGYR) on March 7, 2016. The aircraft has since been scrapped.
