In Northeast Airlines (UK) colours with British Airways titles. Trident 1Es weren't selling. Hawker Siddley built 15 but only sold 10. They needed to offload 5 white tails. Channel Airways agreed to buy them. then reduced its order to two. Two of three due to go to Channel, G-AVYC and 'D were then sold to Newcastle-based BKS Air Transport in 1969. In November 1970, BKS changed its name to Northeast Airlines. In July 1973, Northeast became part of the British Airways group. Hence the hybrid livery you see in the picture. It had been repainted into British Airways before it was destroyed in a take-off accident at Bilbao in 1975.
