Built in 1969 and registered as N9045N. To HB-VCC in 1970, F-BTDA in 1972, N349DA then N145BW in 1988, N145AJ on 1990 and N805SM in 1996. Withdrawn from use at Deland, FL by 2007. Later scrapped.
