Delivered to the USAF around 1959 as 59-0527. Transferred to the 60th Military Airlift Wing, Travis AFB, CA. To the Military Aircraft Storage and Disposal Center (MASDC) with inventory number CU023 in June 1971. Declared excess and loaned to Pima.
