Delivered new to Philippines Airlines in 1965 (PI-C802). From Jan 68- July '73 and from July '74-'Dec 79 KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (PH-DCW). KLM then subleased it to Surinam Airways. In 1983 return to lessor. Operating for American Int/Kalitta between Dec 1992 and May '99, when sold to Kitty Hawk. In autumn 2013 broken up at Greenville (MS).
