Built for the Soviet Air Force in 1966. To MAP Kom na Amu APO Aircraft Production Association (APO) of the Ministry of Aviation Industry (MAP) in Aeroflot colours as CCCP-11789 in 1993. To Sigi Air Cargo as LZ-SGD then BF Cargo as LZ-BFB in 1993. Back to Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aircraft Plant (KnAAPO) as RA-11789 in 1997. Reregistered as 11789 in 2009. To SibNIA by 2016.
