This An-26 was delivered originally to the 13th Regiment of Transport Aviation at Kraków-Balice and then to the 13th Transport Aviation Squadron at the same airport. Between 1989 to 1996 the plane was chartered by LOT as SP-LWB. In 2009 it was SOC and transferred to the Central School of the State Fire Service in Częstochowa for rescue tactics training and is now (undergoing restoration) at the Muzeum Sil Powietrznych.
