Delivered new to Garuda 29th March 1984 and transferred to Merpati Feb 1994. On the 30th Nov 1994 flight MZ422 WIII(Jakarta)-WARS (Semarang) the aircraft touched down far along the runway at WARS , overran and fell into a ditch and broke into three.
