Delivered to Malaysian Airline System as 9M-AQQ in 1972. Reregistered as 9M-MBF in 1975. Renamed to Malaysia Airlines in 1987. To Aviateca as N123GU then to TG-AYA in 1992. Back to N123GU in 1993.
