Recently retired by the Royal Danish Air Force (L-868 with its military markings still visible on the tail) and sold in North America. Overnight refueling stop at Prestwick on its trans- Atlantic ferry flight. This aircraft sadly crashed August 1975 when an engine cut out during a test flight at Harlingen (HRL / KHRL). 3 fatalities reported. This photo is copyright © David A.
