Built in 1967 and judging by the c/n it would be the first off the line. Crashed inverted on 4 September 1998 at Marietta/PA when an engine failed due to an improperly secured cylinder during maintenance. (The DC-3 behind is CF-CRW of Kenn Borek Air.)
