This 744 was delivered to United in August 1989 and is pictured taxying out to rw16 for departure home. The plane was placed into storage at Victorville (VCV) in January 2003 but but resusicitated in October 2006 becoming G-CEFD with Blue Sky, re-registering as EK-74763 a few months later and being operated for Mahan Airlines. It was again withdrawn in 2010 but returned to service in September 2019 and is still active. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
