This very nice F-4D in its original livery lacked any unit markings, but belonged to the 171st Fighter Interceptor Squadron based at Selfridge. Since July 1990, the Phantom is stored at the 309th AMARG with inventory code FP0531. The aircraft is eventually sadly scrapped by HVF West at Tucson.
