This F-4D shows the final livery of F-4Ds in USAF inventory. The aircraft was pictured at the flightline of the171st Fighter Interceptor Squadron at homebase Selfridge. Since January 1990, the Phantom is stored at the 309th AMARG with inventory code FP0410. The aircraft was eventually scrapped by HVF West at Tucson.
