This MD-11 was delivered to Delta in March 1992 and is pictured taxying in to its assigned gate. The plane was then leased to World Airways in December 2004, sub-leased to Ethiopian in July 2006 for one month and finally retired from the World Airways fleet in December 2007. Like so many others of its type, the plane was converted to a freighter and started flying with UPS as N294UP and is currently active. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
