This 762 was delivered to LOT in April 1989 and is pictured about to taxy out for departure (to JFK or ORD I suppose). It was withdrawn from the fleet in September 2008 but two months later was flying for Mexicana as XA-MXN. The plane was briefly stored at Victorville (VCV) in late 2010 but recalled for service and flew with the airline until September 2012. In November 2012 it was then sent once again to VCV for storage but this time there was to be no reprieve and the plane was scrapped in 2014. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
