Test reg SE-F25 prior to delivery to Allengheny Commuter/Chautauqua Airlines and N125CH in 1988. Allengheny Commuter was renamed to USAir Express in 1989 and US Airways Express in 1997. To IBC Airways in 2006, converted to a freighter and reregistered as N661BC. Damaged beyond repair in a ground incident at Miami in 2016.
