Delivered to the US Navy as UF-1 141282 in 1956. Later modified to as UF-2S. Redesignated as an HU-16D in 1962. Stored at Davis Monthan AFB in 1972. To Grumman as N4253R in 1980 and converted to a G-111. To Flying Boat Inc/Chalks as N125FB in 1983 and stored at Marana, AZ. To Barron Aviation in 2017 and left Marana.
