Delivered to Alitalia as I-DEMU in 1971. To Boeing as N358AS in 1981 and leased to various operators. To CAAC as B-2440 then back to Boeing as N747BL in 1985. To Virgin as G-VGIN in 1986 then to Kabo Air as 5N-EEE in 2001. Withdrawn from use at Marana, AZ in 2007 and scrapped in 2008.
