Delivered National Airlines in October '72 (N65NA). Over to Pan Am in January 1980 and to American Airlines in June 1984 (N152AA). Since August '94 Hawaiian Airlines. left the fleet September 2002 for storage at Mojave. Was planned for FEDEX but never taken up. Scrapped in 2014.
