The small airfield at Aarhus was apparently built for the Royal Air Force in 1945. It closed in 1987. A large hospital was built on the site. The aircraft on the ground here include Auster OY-DPY, which fatally crashed here in 1961, and SAI KZ VII OY-AAD.
