Based at Taitung, this Tiger flew a target tow mission from Hsinchu with the local Mirages. The Tactical Training and Development Center badge on the tail features a 'locked' MiG-21, or perhaps J-7, over a (sometimes broken) red star. Former FMS serial 80-0311.
