This very early 757 was originally delivered to Eastern as N509EA and flew with them from April 1983 until January 1991. It went in December 1991 to USAir and then US Airways in February 1997. The plane was re-registered N920UW in January 2007 but it was close to the end. It was retired and ferried to Greenwood (GWO) in February 2010, where it was subsequently scrapped.
