The aircraft was used for fire patrol duties over the rural Veluwe area for the Dutch fire brigade, hence the fire brigade logo behind the cockpit. In July 1989 this aircraft was lost when it crashed into the forests near Harderwijk (NL), while on patrol. Unfortunately both occupants died in the incident.
