Delivered new to the airline in February 1990. Painted in the "Rendezvous" World-tail cs in December '98. Left the fleet in October 2001. Ferried to Mojave in April 2002. Returned into service in June 2003 and painted in Union Flag cs in October 2003. Left the fleet September 2014 for storage/scrap at Victorville.
