Delivered new to Guiness Peat Aviation as N915GP 14th Feb 1990, leased to America West 28th Sep 1990 and re-registered N635AW Oct 1991. On the 28th Aug 2002 it landed in KPHX (Phoenix) with a de-activated thrust reverser and on roll out the aircraft veered off the runway and experienced a collapse of the nose gear strut. The aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
