FMS serial 93-0473 was delivered to Portugal on 31 August 1994 as part of the Peace Atlantis I Foreign Military Sales programme that included seventeen F-16As and three F-16Bs. The twenty aircraft were delivered between 18 February 1994 and November 1994. This 15109 went into a Mid-Life Update in August 2010 and became a F-16AM.
