Flew with BOAC from new in 1958 until sold to Monarch Airlines in 1969. Scrapped at Luton (EGGW) in 1977. (The new decade was a novelty to us having never known anything but 1950-something up until then. Doubtless McIntyre, being of the same age group, made a point of getting something on film to mark the occasion.) This photo was added on 25 May 2021, and has since been viewed 1165 times. |
