Delivered new to MAS as 9M-AQN 31st July 1972 and re-registered 9M-MBC 1st Dec 1975. Returned to lessor as N401SH 31st May 1992 for onward lease to SAHSA where it was damaged beyond repair 18th Jul 1993 at MGA (Managua) when the aircraft skidded off the runway after a hard landing in bad weather.
