This IIIS was accepted by the Schweizer Luftwaffe on 21 March 1967. The delta was withdrawn from use and stored at Stans-Buochs from March 2000. It was noted outside the RUAG-hangar at Emmen in 2002 and then noted on drei Stahlträgern at Stans-Buochs from April 2003. The Mirage is now preserved at Buochs-Ennetbürgen with the Mirage Verein.
