This Yak-40 was originally delivered to the Czechoslovak Govt. in December 1979 as OK-BYK. After the split of the two countries the plane started flying for the Czech Govt.. but was transferred to the Czech AF in December 1998. The plane was decomissioned at Kbely in September 2020 and ferried the following month to Uherské Hradištĕ - Kunovice (UHE), where it is now on display at the super Letecké Muzeum Kunovice.
