Prototype. First flew as CCCP-46191 in 1965. To the Soviet Air Force as 10 yellow in 1967. Converted to an An-22PZ for An-124/225 wing transportation in 1980. Photographed as CCCP-160151 in 1981 and with centre tail marked as 10 red in 1982. To Kiev Aviation Plant as CCCP-64459 in 1983. Renamed to Antonov Design Bureau and reregistered as UR-64459 in 1993.
