Built in 1958. To World Wide Helicopters in October 1961 as N7904C. To an unknown owner by October 1965. On October 31, 1965 the aircraft hit ditches during the landing rollout at/near El Adem, Libya. To the Technische Hogeschool Delft as an instructional frame until January 1989.
