Delivered new to Soviet AF/Aeroflot 9th July 1987 and transferred to Ukraine Air Force in 1992. Became UR-76691 with Veteran 20th Aug 1993 and UR-UCT with Ukraine Cargo Airways 23rd Sep 1998.
