Delivered new to Soviet AF/Aeroflot as CCCP-76622 31st Jan 1985 and transferred to Atlant as UR-76622 Feb 1994. To Ukraine Air Force as "76622" around late 1999 and withdrawn from use UKDE (Zaporizhia) around July 2007.
