Delivered new to Eastern Airlines 18th Apr 1967 and transferred to Midway July 1991 and Northwest July 1994. Officially merged into Delta Oct 2008 but never operated in Delta livery. Retired KSFB 7th July 2010 and scrapped but forward fuselage preserved at KidZania, Santiago de Chile.
