Delivered new to ATI - Aero Transporti Italiani in December 1969 (I-ATIE). In December 1986 over to Alitalia (N873UM). Re-registered I-RIZK in June 1989 and I-RIFZ in November '92. In December '94 to Northwest Airlines (N612NW). Left the fleet in Nov 2008 for scrap at Marana (AZ).
