Delivered to Freedom Air International in July 2005 as ZK-OJL. To StarXL German Airlines in May 2006 as D-AXLA. To XL Airways in November 2006. The aircraft was supposed to go to Air New Zealand again as ZK-OJL, but it crashed off the coast of Canet-Palge on November 27, 2008 during a pre-delivery test flight.
