Delivered to Monarch in March 1994. Leased to Skyservice As C-FTDU between October 1994 - May 1995, October 1995 - May 1996, October 1996 - May 1997 and October 1997 - April 1998. Leased to Canada 3000 between December 2000 and April 2001. Withdrawn from use on November 4, 2012. Stored at Tupelo on November 17, 2002. The aircraft has since been scrapped.
