Operated by the Royal Canadian Air Force as 11022. On November 12, 1944 the aircraft crashed at Patricia Bay (BC, Canada) when trying to land. Later became N27311. Eventually to the Aviodrome in and became PH-PBY. She was a great asset to the Dutch aviation scene, but unfortunately a nosegear collapse and subsequent lack of income/funding meant a healthy operation was impossible. She was sold to the Collings Foundation (USA). She left The Netherlands on May 29, 2019. Apparently became N459CF.
