Delivered to the USAF as 62-4200 in 1963. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB with park code CL005 in 1987. To Western International yard in 1995. Painted with Back to Supersonica artwork by Kenny Scharf in 2012 and exhibited in the Pima Air and Space Museum.
