Sadly, on May 13, 2019 this Beaver was involved in a mid air collision with Turbo Otter N959PA near Ketchikan. All on board the Beaver perished. One fatality in the Otter. The Beaver broke apart in flight and the wreckage was recovered. The Otter made a rough landing and was severely damaged.
