Delivered to the US Navy as J4F-2 Bu32958 in 1943. Civilianised as G-44 NC1069M in 1947. Reregistered as N1069M after 1948, N69T in 1953 and N86T in 1967. Converted to a Super Widgeon. To CF-KKF in 1958 then to N13122 and converted to a McKinnon Super Widgeon in 1967. To the Alaska Aviation Heritage Museum in 2002 and mainitained in airworthy condition.
