This An-2 was first noted with the NVA in July 1957. The plane was retired in April 1990 and transferred to a museum in Dresden. It was transferred to this museum around June 1998 and appears to be undergoing restoration (new coat of paint and previous reports note there was no tailplane). This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
